A graduate of the Faculty of Decorative and Applied Arts at the Apollon Kutateladze Tbilisi State Academy of Arts (1982), she has devoted more than four decades to artistic practice, teaching, and cultural advocacy. Throughout her career, Kutateladze has taught at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts, where she served as Associate Professor and Head of the Artistic Ceramics Program. Since 2015, she has been an invited lecturer in the Department of Fine Arts at the Georgian Technical University. She is also a co-founder of the Clay Office Foundation and a member of the International Academy of Ceramics (IAC). As both an artist and curator, she has organized and participated in numerous exhibitions and international projects in Georgia and abroad, including exhibitions in Venice, Riga, Vienna, and France. Among her notable recent projects are the solo exhibition Spectators (2023) and the Exhibition of Contemporary Georgian Ceramists at the Georgian National Gallery in Tbilisi (2024), where she served as concept author, curator, and exhibiting artist.
